This aparthotel was built in 2010 and has a total of 22 accommodation units. It is a modern, attractive complex of apartments built on 2 floors in decorative gardens with a large split pool and childrens pool and a decked area in the garden. The complex has a restaurant which also serves snacks and there is a poolside bar. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, TV lounge and a café. Wireless Internet access, room service and a car park round off the services available to guests during their stay..The complex is located in the Calis area of Fethiye, approximately 2 km from the resort centre and a few hundred metres from the beach promenade. The fascinating market town of Fethiye is just 3.5 km away and the famous lagoon at Oludeniz is approximately 13 km. There is a bus station about 3.5 km away and Dalaman Airport is roughly 45 km away..American Express, MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment at this hotel..The modern apartments are like a home from home, comfortably furnished and with a well-equipped kitchen, with appliances such a fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. Tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set also feature. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with double beds and further amenities include a satellite/cable TV, direct dial telephone, radio, Internet access and a safe. Individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating are standard features in all accommodation units. Each room has its own balcony or terrace..Guests can take a dip in one of the two outdoor swimming pools, which include a childrens swimming area. Refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar. Guests can relax on sun loungers under the shade of parasols on the sun terrace. There is also a gym for those who wish to work out during their stay.
