This is an apartment complex with a total of 30 apartments. The bathroom has a whirlpool bath and thermostatic shower. The apartment has individually regulated air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, a safe and alarm. Other in-room amenities include a hairdryer, radio, Internet access, washing machine and ironing set. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities..The hotel has a sun terrace, garden and pool area with hammocks. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool (for a fee). Sun loungers are parasols are laid out ready for use. The hotel also has a hot tub. For additional fees, guests may take advantage of the gym, sauna, massage treatments and spa treatments. Sports include jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, sailing, catamaran boating, canoeing, pedal boating, squash, paddle tennis, tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball and biking (all for a fee), as well as beach volleyball, bocce and minigolf. There is a golf course about 100 m away from the complex.
