This hotel is located close to a park at the heart of Ca'n Picafort within a short distance of links to the public transport network. A selection of shops as well as bars and restaurants are to be found 100 m away whilst several nightclubs are situated 200 m away. The resort centre can easily and quickly be reached, lying just 400 m away and the sea and local sandy beach are 500 m away. There is a forested area about 800 from the hotel and the nearest train station is 10 km away.This fully air-conditioned hotel was opened in 2001.
