This attractive hotel is located in a side street in Paguera and lies just a few metres from the lively town centre where guests will discover a wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues. The boulevard and the beautiful sandy beach is about 100 m from the hotel and there is a bus stop to be found just 150 m away. The airport is some 32 km from the hotel.This hotel was completely renovated in the year 2020 and comprises 6 floors with a total of 71 accommodation units. Guests have access to a vast pool and garden complex, a reception desk, lifts, a lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. In addition, room service is available and guests may make use of the parking facilities and the bicycle storage facility.The tasteful apartments come with a bathroom, a combined living and bedroom, a separate bedroom, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar, a fan, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace with parasol, table, chairs and sunlounger.In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's paddling area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. On payment of an additional fee, it is possible to play billiards as well as to make use of the many sports facilities that can be found in the surrounding area and on the beach.
