This apartment complex is located about 100 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walking distance from the popular shopping centres of Plaza Maspalomas, Metro and Kasbah. Links to the public transport system can be found some 150 metres from the complex. The apartment complex, last renovated in 2002, offers a total of 139 apartments and features a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access and a newspaper stand. Other on-site amenities include a TV lounge, childrens playground, café, bar and restaurant. For an extra fee, guests may take advantage of Internet access and the laundry service. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park, and those looking to explore the area on two wheels may hire bikes from the establishment. The apartments consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Conveniences include direct dial telephone, satellite TV, double beds, Internet access and safes. The kitchenette features a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment also has a balcony or terrace. Guests will find a swimming pool within the complex grounds with a childrens swimming area, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, as well as a hot tub. There is an entertainment programme for children, and for an extra fee guests may enjoy a massage treatment or a game of tennis or bocce, or they may try their hand at pool/snooker (fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are available for an extra fee at the sandy beach. The apartment complex offers all-inclusive packages, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served in buffet form.
