This elegant luxury hotel is located directly beside Punta Brava Beach some 20 minutes drive to the north of Playa del Carmen and approximately 5 minutes drive from Puerto Morelos. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to Cancún and the Playa del Carmen. Lying amidst tropical palm tree gardens, facilities include a reception desk, a souvenir shop and a hairdressers salon in addition to 6 bars, a nightclub and 4 air-conditioned restaurants (Mexican, Italian, international and Oriental cuisine are on offer). Room and laundry services may be taken advantage of and there is a small theatre within the complex. In the well-kept outdoor complex are 7 swimming pools, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers (bath towels available for use beside the pool and on the beach). Leisure options include a hot tub, a sauna, a solarium, steam baths, a massage service and various other spa treatments on offer in the spa centre. Sports facilities include diving, with taster diving course being conducted in the pool, tennis courts, aerobics sessions, a gym, mountain/ road bike hire, beach football and beach volleyball. A small theatre offering an evening programme provides some variation and amusement for guests. Guests can savour gourmet dining at seven extraordinary restaurants and float on 13 swimming pools with bars. Each of the comfortable rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower, satellite/ cable TV, a radio/ alarm clock, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a hot tub, a coffee machine, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace with a hammock.
