With its wide, open spaces, gardens and palm trees, this air-conditioned beach hotel is ideal for family holidays and keeping little ones amused. Renovated in 2006, the hotel has 364 double rooms, 92 triple rooms, 19 quadruple rooms and 7 junior suites, all spread over 3 floors. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a café, an on-site hairdresser, a bar, a nightclub, a restaurant, conference facilities, room and laundry services, a kids club and parking for those arriving by car..The hotel is situated alongside a beach of fine sand in the heart of the resort, opposite the 36-hole El Kantaoui golf course and 10 km from the town of Sousse. The Great Mosque of Sousse is 8 km away, while the Roman Theatre of El Jem is 65 km away. It is 35 km from Monastirs Habib Bourguiba Airport, 70 km from Yasmine Hammamet and 140 km from Tunis-Carthage international airport..Rooms come with a fully fitted en suite bathroom, a telephone and a satellite TV. A mini fridge, a double or king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and a balcony or terrace also come as standard..The hotel has three restaurants and three bars, including the Carthage buffet restaurant, Kerkena pizzeria, a beach restaurant, Asfar bar, Salakta bar and a poolside bar. It also has a Moorish café and nightclub..There are two outdoor pools with two childrens pools and an indoor pool with Jacuzzi. There is also a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols. The hotel has a wide choice of leisure activities, some for a fee, including five floodlit tennis courts, a football pitch, table tennis, billiards, petanque, mini golf, darts, archery and beach volleyball, as well as various water sports (some for an additional fee), such as windsurfing, jet skiing, scuba diving, sailing, catamaran sailing, pedal boating and canoeing. There are daytime and evening programmes of entertainment and a kids club for children aged 5-12 years. The hotel also has a keep-fit centre with a gym, aerobics classes, a massage service, a hammam and a sauna.
