The hotel is located in the village of Marmari, on the island of Kos, 350 metres from the sandy beach. It is a quiet area ideal for relaxing. The centre of Marmari is around 1.5 km or 15 minutes walk away from the hotel. Kos Town is 14 km from the hotel. Guests may also be interested in visiting Aslipeion, some 10 km away, the Plane Tree of Hippocrates and mediaeval castle, both of which are roughly 14 km away, or the thermal spring baths which are around 20 km from the property. Kos Airport is 20 km away.||This is a modern establishment which offers a total of 60 studios and apartments. It is air-conditioned and the facilities include a lobby/reception area, bar and restaurant. There is also free wireless Internet access available. Other facilities include currency exchange facilities, a games room and childrens playground. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry service, car park and bicycle hire service (for a fee).||The apartments at the hotel are characterised by simple, modern décor and balconies. All feature a kitchenette with a fridge and offer amenities including satellite TV and a direct dial telephone. The en suite bathroom offers a shower, bath and hairdryer. The apartments offer individually regulated air conditioning.||The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with a childrens swimming area. There is a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols, a sunbathing terrace and massage treatments (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are also provided on the nearby sandy beach.||A continental breakfast buffet is served daily.
