Located on the seafront of the stunning Santa PonÃ§a beach, the H10 Casa del Mar is a newly refurbished four-star hotel making it ideal for enjoying a pleasant holiday as a couple or family. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Law 2/2016 of the Regional Government of the Balearic Islands outlines the tax on tourist stays, which is applied to all clients over 16 years of age. Its value for four-star hotels is â¬3 per person/day**. There are two cases in which the tourist tax is reduced***: -A 50% reduction will apply to stays of more than 8 days in the same hotel and will only be applicable from the 9th day forward. -A 75% reduction will also apply to stays between November 1st and April 30th. *The tourist tax will be collected directly at the hotel on arrival. ** The rates indicated do not include VAT, which will be added on. A day means 12 PM to 12 PM the following day. Shorter stays will be considered stays of 1 day, provided that they exceed 12 hours. *** The aforementioned reductions are cumulative. Cancelation Policy o If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty; o If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty; o If the booking is cancelled between 3 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty, o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation. Hotel Facilities This resort features 3 swimming pools, garden and barbecue facilities. There is a gym with a sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub and an indoor pool.There is an adults-only terrace with a pool. Other facilities available include a workshop to clean and repair bicycles. *Half Board Dinner Buffet DOES NOT include drinks* Location H10 Casa del Mar is situated approximately 22km away from Palma de Mallorca Airport. Also is located at 900m from Caló d’en Pellicer Beach and 1.2 km from Cala Blanca Beach. Room Facilities H10 Casa del Mar offers air-conditioned rooms. Each room comes with satellite TV, a furbished balcony, a private bathroom and plenty of natural light.
