Nurai Island Hotel is a unique, boutique private island resort situated in the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf to the east of the coast of Abu Dhabi city.

Just a 10-minute boat ride from Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Island, this secluded resort is conveniently accessible from all major travel ports in the UAE. Inspired by the Arabic word ‘nur' meaning ‘light', Nurai Island Hotel is a 32-bed, all-villa hotel featuring five food and beverage outlets, and 23 private residences and water villas.

The hotel's individual 260 sq.m all-suite villas are one-bedroom beachfront retreats, which blend into the landscape with uninterrupted Arabian Gulf views. Each villa has its own pool in 130 sq.m of private outdoor space, the latest in-room amenities, in-villa dining and a dedicated butler service, all within a setting reflecting the tranquility of an exclusive island environment.

There are a variety of dining options, all of which serve local, authentic produce, and where possible, sustainably sourced from the island's own kitchen garden supporting a fresh-food-to-fork philosophy.

Boat Transfers

An one-time fixed charge of AED 150 flat fee for boat transfers per villa per stay is applicable. Private transfers can be arranged upon request at at the additional charge of AED 1500 per way. Advance notice is required.

You can also take a fishing trip and catch your own fish and bring it to Hooked for the chef to cook to your liking.

You will love playing sports on Nurai’s white sand beaches and lush greenery. Gather around with your friends and meet other guests over a game of beach volleyball, badminton, basketball or football. Take a private tennis lesson on the outdoor tennis court.

The club also offers interactive, educational and recreational experiences every day of the week.

Water Park

The highly anticipated kid’s waterpark has finally opened its doors and is welcoming the little guests.

Featuring 4 slides, a water bucket and a splash pool. You can also find a relaxation area, which you can enjoy while eating our home-made ice cream and different delights from our snack corner located on the territory of the park.
