The Lai Thai Luxury Condominiums is the redevelopment of the Lai Thai Resort which opened in 1996. Owned and operated by the Thai Treasures Co. Ltd (1993), the resort was named ?100 Resorts of Thailand-Places with a Heart? by travel writer Lily Yousry-Jouve. The original Lai Thai created a name for itself as the first boutique resort in Ao Nang, with an exotic black tile pool and family oriented service. The new Lai Thai will carry on this personalized service and offer high end facilities to cater to the discerning traveler. The new swimming pool will incorporate a 25 meter lap pool for adults only, along with the main pool and children's pool and Jacuzzi.
