The Health Club facilities are designed to ensure that our guests can escape into an oasis of wellness.
This self-contained rejuvenation centre can be easily reached via a club car or brief stroll through the hotel’s lush grounds.
Facilities include a lap pool, two gyms (mixed and female only) featuring state-of-the-art equipment, yoga room, juice bar, beauty and hair salon, as well as CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La, and the CHI boutique.
Those who enjoy encouragement can join one of the fitness classes, which range from indoor cycling, Pilates and yoga to body sculpt, Zumba dance and boxing - in a group or individual setting.
